Sungei Wang Plaza & BB Plaza
Awarded best Shopping Complex by Tourism Malaysia in 1996 and 1997, Sungei Wang Plaza has been around for more than two decades and is one of the oldest institutions in the Bukit Bintang area. Still attracting throngs of visitors even after all these years and despite being surrounded with more glamourous competition, Sungei Wang Plaza houses more than 500 retail outlets selling everything from food to clothes, with the topmost floor dedicated to fashion for youth from a variety of home-grown labels.
Known as the best place in the city for bargain goods and services, the variety of goods available here can be quite overwhelming, and with its maze-like layout where there are many nooks and corners, those who are not familiar with this place can easily get lost in here. Adjoining Sungei Wang Plaza is Bukit Bintang Plaza, otherwise known as BB Plaza; together, they form a total of two million square feet of retail space.

Pavilion
Achingly hip and stylish, Pavilion KL is the city’s newest sensation. Presenting a whole range of fashion, dining, leisure and entertainment options, this sprawling shopping mall consists of 7 levels of retail space and over 450 retail outlets housing some of the most renowned brand names, both mainstream and exclusive. Starhill Gallery
Connected directly to the five-star JW Marriott, Starhill Gallery is a high-end shopping mall with seven floors of luxury retail experience. The Feast and Relish floors feature a myriad of fine-dining options, while the Indulge and Adorn floors showcase a variety of designer labels with the former focusing more on fashion labels.

Low Yat Plaza
The ultimate shopping (and browsing) heaven for IT geeks and gadget freaks, Low Yat Plaza is a popular centre for electronic and IT products in the city. You can find everything you need here under one roof, from cameras to computers, at highly competitive prices.
Offering a wide range of options and variety, be prepared to end up spending a whole day here – even if you’re just looking for one item. The beauty of Low Yat Plaza is that unlike any other typical IT centres, most of the shops here are interrelated to each other, so that you can combine your purchases for the best deal. Each floor is dedicated to a specific type of products, with the top three floors devoted to IT-related products.

Berjaya Times Square
Comprising 10 floors and more than 700 retail outlets, Berjaya Times Square is a one-stop leisure destination for all ages. Linked to a five-star hotel of the same brand name, it also comes with several food courts, an indoor theme park with an IMAX theatre, a cinema, a spa centre, a games arcade, a karaoke lounge, a supermarket, a post office, a bank, an IT mall and hundreds of retail outlets offering everything from food to fashion. There are also several specialty shops here, offering unique and individual products that can’t be found elsewhere.

Lot 10
Characterised by a bright green exterior which has become a landmark in the Bukit Bintang area over the years, Lot 10 houses a few specialty shops, some restaurants and an Isetan supermarket and department store. Built in the late eighties, it is the city’s first-ever upmarket shopping mall targeted towards the elite crowd. Lot 10 is linked to Sungei Wang Plaza and Bukit Bintang Monorail Station via an overhead bridge, and is just a few minutes’ walk away from Pavilion KL.
